Cancellation Policy

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive full refunds except for a $50 processing fee. If deposits were made via credit card then 3.5% of the amount refunded will be forfeited as well. Cancellations that are made within 30-60 days of the arrival date, forfeit 50% of the deposit unless we are able to re-book exact days within that time period. A $50 processing fee also applies. No refunds within 30 days or for early departures unless we are able to re-book exact days, and if so, a $50 processing fee also applies. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately. If emergencies come up, we will be happy to work with you.

Weddings/ Family Gatherings/ Business Picnics

Prices start at $300-$1250. Peterson Pond/Event Area is available for a wide variety of social or business functions as a stand alone event area or in conjunction with cabin rental for best discounts. Swimming, fishing, horse shoes, badminton, nature trails can entertain your guests. For weddings, there is a parking lot for 30 cars, can accommodate up to 150 people, area for rental tent is 40’x 80’, 4 tables and trash cans provided, catering/handicapped separate entrance, fire pit area. Nearby, in the woods is a copper-topped timber frame cathedral surrounded by wood chips for a floor and wooden benches/logs for seats for a more rustic event. “Stump-Henge” Unique! Come and preview!

Discounts

• Off-Season
  $235/nt is the discount for January 2 – March 31 (excluding MLK holiday and Valentine’s which is $250/nt)
• Couples
  Call for $190 price/night for couples only at Cloud 9, off season, whole house but one bedroom!
• Extended Stay
  Waiting to relocate? Want to spend the summer? Discounts available for longer stays. Just ask but plan way ahead.
• By the Day
  Please call for pricing on facility rentals by the day.

Overflow Guests

Cloud 9 accommodates 6 people in the 3 bedrooms on the main level. There is a hospitality fee of $25/per person/per night) for overflow guests up to A fourth bedroom in the basement has a fold-out sofa bed. There is also a queen pull-out sofa in the den. 2 cots, if needed.

Pets

• Pets will be considered on an individual basis.

• Crate not required but recommended (loan crate available)
• Multiple dogs allowed but up to 2 recommended (no cats).
• There is a $50/week/visit large dog pet fee. $35/week/visit small dog

Miscellaneous

• Rustic camping is available.

• Smoking is only permitted outside.
• Sweet well water, no need to buy bottles of water
