• $300/night Weekends
• $1650/week
• Rates based on up to 6 people.
• 2-night minimum.
• 3-night minimum during holidays
  (including New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, October/Leaf Season, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
• Maid’s fee included

• Reservations are confirmed by phone or email with receipt of 50% of the total daily rate (by personal check, cashiers check, or credit card.) Balance is due upon arrival.
• A $500 security (refundable) deposit must be secured with a credit card or separate check upon arrival.
• When booking less than 30 days before arrival date, full payment is required by credit card.
• Refunds will be given for reservations canceled 30 to 60 days prior to arrival date — there is a $75 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations or changes occurring less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit (unless rental can be rebooked).
• No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
• Exceptions to these policies may apply in cases of emergency — we are willing to work with you.

Discounts

• Off-Season
  10% discount January 2 – March 15 (excluding MLK holiday).
• Couples
  Call for $175 price/night for couples only at Cloud 9, whole house!
• Extended Stay
  Waiting to relocate? Want to spend the summer? Discounts available for longer stays. Just ask.
• By the Day
  Please call for pricing on facility rentals by the day.

Overflow Guests

Cloud 9 accomodates 6 people in the 3 bedrooms on the main level. There is a ONE-TIME hospitality fee of $25/per person (not per night) for overflow guests up to 2 additional people. A fourth bedroom in the basement has a fold out sofa bed. There is also a queen pull-out sofa in the den.

Pets

• Pets will be considered on an individual basis.
• Please call or email us for the pet policy.
• Up to 2 dogs allowed (no cats).
• There is a $50/week pet fee.

Miscellaneous

• Rustic camping is available.
• Maid service is included in price.
• Smoking is only permitted outside.
