"Trex" Deck and Poly Wood Chairs
As soon as you walk into Silver Lining Cabin, the deck will call your name. Check out those most comfortable gliders with foot rests…better than rockers and you’ll want a set for your own.
Pet Friendly with a Dedicated Dog Lot
The Dog Lot has a little woods, a little grass, mulch to lay in but best of all, it’s attached to the house with a pet door so your furry friend always knows where you are. The fence penetrates the ground so Fido can’t dig his way out if you need to leave for a while.
Connector Steps are on the outside.
Be clear about that. It may not be suitable for little kids unless you stay by themselves unless you want to stay downstairs with them.
Front Door Foyer
Screened in foyer has the coat rack tree, doggie door and a place to stage your “stuff.” Notice the poplar bark siding for that rustic touch. A ramp from parking leads to this so their is just one threshold to cross to get into the main level.
Hot Tub for Two
Located under the stars on the patio so you can listen to the night sounds and watch for meteors.
Bedrooms
Guest Bedroom
Queen room done in turquoise with lots of natural light and reading wall lamps. Small closet, underbed drawers for storage, a luggage rack and a “tree” coat rack.
Queen bedroom reading window seat.
The window seat gives it the tree house feel. Cozy up with some pillows and read a book, why don’t you?
Close up of head board. Local maple sawmill slab.
When in the woods, do as the woods people do…use natural lumber for everything.
King Bedroom in Basement Apartment
Just as big as the master bedroom upstairs, this memory-foam king mattress will help you relax. Edison light in the corner. You share the bathroom with the bunk people. Huge walk in shower. And just steps away from the outside hot tub.
Interior
Gourmet kitchen
This quartz bar serves as the dining table unless it’s a pretty day when you can use the deck dining table outside. Spacious enough for 2 cooks, 4 comfy, swivel chairs, more if you need them are out on the deck.
Heart Shaped Whirlpool Tub
It’s in the Master Bathroom for extra privacy. Look out the window at the tree tops with no other houses in view. Or close the curtains and dim the lights. Heated tile floors…are you kidding me?
Second Guest Bathroom
A skylight gives extra natural light to this windowless bathroom. All tile floors with heat thermostat, tub, shower and a stack washer/dryer. Plenty of towels and TP, don’t worry.
Master Bathroom Shower
A glass shower is next to the whirlpool heart-shaped tub. Heated tile floors you must try.
Cozy Living Room
Automatic love seat recliner with a console in the middle plus another recliner near the gas log enameled stove and a plush, shag carpet, make it the most comfortable room. Right next to the kitchen so if more people want to watch TV they can sit in the swivel bar stools with backs and munch and cheer.
